Very poor service from the insurance. Even though my car was ready in the garage within a week. It took almost a month to get the car due to the delay from the insurance handlers. I had to call the support 3 times a day to report that they've missed their callback. Do not fall for the fancy ads, service is not upto the mark. Go for the established insurance companies for buying insurance.

Too many bugs in application 1. I renewed my car insurance about a month back but still get reminders that the insurance is due for renewal? And sometimes call as well! And same for my 2 wheeler insurance they keep sending me remainders to renew it, when I click on link they provide it says they don't renew for old vehicles! 2. Spam calls from their sales team, if I need something, I will buy online or contact your email Id why bombard me with calls?

Fraud! Took my car for repair. First of all no uber voucher was given. Second the workshop replaced my spark plug coils with a faulty one. Mailed acko for both. Zero support from them. Will switch to another insurance company this year. Its better to pay more rather than getting your working parts replaced with faulty ones. Thank you acko for teaching a lesson. Lesson: cheap things will take money in other forms from you. Mehngi chiz kisi reason se mehngi hoti hai. They don't cheat atleast!
